Can I combine services?

Yes. Add assembly, disassembly, packing and unpacking in the same estimate. The final scope and whether separate visits are needed will be agreed before booking.

What does unpacking include?

Opening boxes and placing belongings in the rooms, cupboards and shelves you choose. Cleaning and packaging disposal are not included.

Are boxes and packing materials included?

Supply your own materials or use the packing shop. You’ll see unit prices, can change quantities, and can download an itemised list to compare suppliers. Materials are priced separately from the packing work.

How do I book?

Review your estimate, then select Request this booking to open a prepared email. Send it to us and we’ll confirm the date, scope and final price. Your booking is confirmed when we agree the details in writing.

What if my furniture isn’t listed?

Select the option to discuss complex or specialist items and describe the furniture in the notes. Model names and instructions help with an individual quote.
